Intrigue Eyeset *Update 9/16/08*

I am updating today with an exciting new item… an eyeset!  *Cheers*  It is a five-piece set with the colors “Vampire”, “Honey”, “Leaf”, “Sky”, and “Coal”.  The eyes sit on a sclera by the talented Anva over at MTS2, but the iris/pupil are completely hand-painted.  Enjoy

Pre-Update (9/14/08)… Two new Terrains!

Before I went to bed last night I felt like loading SC4 back up and trying to make two new neighborhood terrains.  The results I came up with were infinitely nicer than Swallow Park; Meadowsville, and Volcano Ridge.

Meadowsville is a small, mountainous neighborhood much like Swallow Park.  The lake on the edge of it is smaller, however, and the mountains are a bit craggier and lined up only on the side of the map.  On the opposite end are low-lying hills with a network of realistic-type neighborhood roads.  Meadowsville is based off of the small town in upstate New York where my novel, “Our Blood”, takes place.

Volcano Ridge is another mountainous terrain with a low lying valley and an empty volcano crater as a big mountain  The roads are pretty much all flat, so this terrain is great if you love physical topography in a neighborhood but also don’t want to place lots on bumpy terrain… in other words, if your computer sucks, this terrain is perfect for you because you don’t have to put down foundation

I’ll be posting them up later today when I get them submitted at MTS2, take some pictures and make preview images, etc., and just generally finish my homework.

Welcome to Sunshine Faire :)

I have been playing around with what I wanted my blog to be, and after seeing some of the advertise-your-site links on Nouk’s fabulous new forum-styled website, I thought that I could turn Sunshine Faire into a site for all of my Sims 2 creations.  Don’t get me wrong, MTS2 is nice, but sometimes I want a place to put what I feel should be shared myself, and not what some moderator thinks.

Today I updated with 5 items in CLOTHING, and 1 item in TERRAINS:
